DO YOU OFFER A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
Yes. Parts only for the first year with system. Labour and transport is at an extra cost.
Plan 1 - Parts can be bought through us so that you can maintain the system and fermenting vessels.
Plan 2 - Parts and Labour fitted by us at £60 per hour plus parts and travelling at £1 per mile. We aim to complete a repair within 24 hours.
Plan 3 - Parts and Labour supplied, 24 hour response, equipment checked and cleaned every 3 months, parts replaced if necessary, full survey of equipment carried out each visit (all subject to negligence) - £4,300 + VAT per year.

Based on one fermenting vessel, 4% ABV @ £60 - it will take approximately 1-2 years.
IS IT HARD WORK? DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL SKILLS?
No, just some common sense.
WILL YOU HELP ME?
Yes. We will show you through the basic running of the brewhouse, brew with you and provide you with on-going support by phone.
DO YOU COMMISSION THE SYSTEM?
DO YOU PUT THE SYSTEM IN POSITION?
DOES THE SYSTEM NEED A LOT OF MAINTENANCE?
No, however you must keep heaters, pump, etc clean and clear of debris.
DO YOU REPAIR IF I AM NEGLIGENT?
Yes, but if negligent all contracts are null and void so all costs will have to be paid by you.
DO YOU RENT THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes this is possible depending on a review of your circumstances.
DO I NEED PLANNING PERMISSION?
Sometimes you may need to gain planning permission. Please ask advice from your local council.
WHAT ABOUT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH?

WHERE DO I GET THE MATERIALS FROM?

HOW LONG DOES THE BREWING PROCESS TAKE?
It takes 4 hours in the brewhouse and 5-6 days in the fermenting vessels.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ON AVERAGE PER CASK TO PRODUCE?
It costs approximately £10 plus duty, based on a 4% ABV.
